Elevated by altitude

Grown in the misty highlands of Sierra Verde, our beans are hand-picked, sun-dried, and slow-roasted to reveal a depth of flavor that only the mountains can inspire.

Our Craft

Rooted in terroir

Cafe Sierra Verde began with a simple idea: that the finest coffee is a reflection of place. Today, we work with a small collective of growers across the Sierra Verde range, where volcanic soil and cool nights produce beans of extraordinary clarity and complexity.

Every lot is cupped, scored, and roasted in small batches at our micro-roastery — never rushed, never blended. The result is a cup that tastes like the mountain air: crisp, clean, and quietly profound.
